Diversity Equality
I, Jon Matson-Higgins, am committed to treating all team members, clients, and anyone I work with fairly, with dignity and respect.
No individual will receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of disability, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status, age, religion, or belief.
No person will be disadvantaged by any conditions or requirements that cannot be justified as necessary for the delivery of services.
Principles
These principles apply equally to all team members and clients.
There will be no discrimination on the basis of disability, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status, age, religion, or belief.
Jon Matson-Higgins will appoint, train, develop, and promote individuals based on merit, ability, and suitability for the role.
All team members share a responsibility for upholding this policy in practice.
Anyone involved in recruitment, selection, training, or supporting clients has an additional responsibility to ensure this policy is applied fairly and consistently.
Behaviour and Conduct
Any team member found to have committed unlawful discrimination, whether towards another team member or a client, may face appropriate action.
Harassment or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated and may be treated as gross misconduct.
Harassment is defined as unwanted behaviour that violates a person’s dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment.
